Kolya, I hope you were able to locate housing in the preferred high school for your daughter. I know it’s challenging when your children begin high school and we want our kids safe, secure and in positive environment. If you’re still looking for housing, keep checking with your local agencies and at the school district office - the office admins know everything, so let them know you’re looking for housing - their contacts are wide and varied. Check with the HUD Approved Counseling Agencies http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/hcc/hcs.cfm. This information is state based. Select the state, the agency in the area you’re interested in, print the information, and make your phone calls and appointments. (Once you’ve made an appointment, KEEP IT! If you are unable to make your appointment at the scheduled time, or your situation has changed, call to cancel or reschedule your appointment.)

I have been put in a situation wherein my landlord did not make his mortgage payments and he now has the house going on the auction block 11/30 of which I have to be out of here by then. I am really stressed as far as finding another home really fast. If there is any websites or info you can send me would you? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
